With a long track record as a staff television presenter and radio producer/presenter in RTE, Doireann now works independently in the following areas:

Voice and Presentation Training

This is provided on a one to one basis and tailored for each individual’s needs.  Training is available to  journalists, radio and TV presenters and anyone who wants to improve their spoken delivery.

Radio Production & Presentation

Work in recent years includes documentaries (in Irish and English) and themed radio series several series for RTE Radio 1:

• Planning Our Cities (6 part series for RTE Radio 1)
• A State Beyond Religion (6 part series for RTE Radio 1)
• Volunteers (6 part series for RTE Radio 1)
• Ce Leifidh Mo Leabhar and Taisce Cheoil Duchais Eireann (documentaries for Raidio na Gaeltachta)

Voiceover Work & Narration

Work in recent years include the Rescue and Disasters series (RTE); The Investigators, 6 part series on Irish scientists and their work, series 1 & 2 (New Decade Productions for RTE); Show Man (New Decade for TG4); Idir Mna, 6 part series on women and crime (Midas Productions for TG4); 1798 agus Shoin (Louis Marcus Productions for TG4); The Visitor (by Maeve Brennan); Cailin beaga Ghleann na mBlath (by Eilis Ni Dhuibhne); both for RTE Radio’s Book on One.
