Overview

Colette Kinsella is currently working as a reporter on RTÉ’s The Business, which is produced by the independent production company Old Yard for RTÉ Radio 1.

She has made a variety of documentaries for Doc On One and The Curious Ear on RTÉ Radio 1, and for RTÉ Choice and Newstalk 106-108FM. Colette also produced a series of science shorts, Science Bites! for The Mooney Show on RTÉ Radio 1 in 2010.

Colette has made numerous programmes in Egypt, the US and Ireland. She was awarded gold for best documentary/feature in the 2009 PPI awards for her programme Through Cairo Airport. She has also produced content for WDR 5, one of the German public service broadcasters, and her work has been featured on ABC, BBC World Service and the Third Coast Festival website.
